The doctors are also available at various clinics held weekly at the surgery.

In practical terms, however, holidays, training commitments, postgraduate education and other NHS activities may impinge on the doctors' actual consulting hours. Patients wishing to see a particular doctor should always request that doctor by name.

NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
(Out-Of-Hours Service)

Please ring 295 4650 as usual but be prepared for a recorded message advising you of the name and number of the out-of-hours service, or to be diverted to the out-of-hours service.

The responsibility for providing out-of-hours services lies with NHS Leeds, who have commissioned NHS Direct to deliver the service via West Yorkshire Urgent Care Services (0345 605 9999).
