There are 5 options to book an appointment in the Practice

DISABILITY ACCESS
There is level access to all patient areas on the ground floor and a lift to the upper floor.
The car park has spaces marked for the disabled.
EVENINGS/WEEKENDS HUB APPOINTMENTS
There are also GP , Healthcare Assistants and Clinical Pharmacist appointments available at the Extended Access Hubs in Seacroft , Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 8am to 2 pm. To book an appointment during the Extended Opening times please contact the practice.
NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS (Out-Of-Hours Service)
Please ring (0113) 295 4650 as usual but be prepared for a recorded message advising you of the name and number of the out-of-hours service, or to be diverted to the out-of-hours service.
NHS WALK-IN CENTRE
The Shakespeare Walk-in Centre is part of the Burmantofts Health Centre, 1 Cromwell Mount, Leeds 9. It provides an alternative source of treatment and is open seven days a week between 8.00am and 8.00pm. Tel: (0113) 295 1132.
MINOR INJURIES CENTRES
These are appropriate for non-A&E cases, but if you are unsure about suitability for treatment please telephone first.
