Due to covid-19, a new urgent eyecare service has been set up in Leeds called CUES. The service is free to access and will be provided by optometrists in Leeds and is for all patients. CUES will be delivered over the phone or a video call; however, for more
complex or severe cases, face-to face appointments will be offered in the community or Leeds Teaching
Hospitals NHS Trust.
Visit the Primary Eyecare website (www.primaryeyecare.co.uk/find-a-practice) to find which local optician is taking part in CUES or contact your optician or GP. When your optician or GP is closed you can call NHS 111, you can access NHS 111 online by visiting www.111.nhs.uk
