If you already have an appointment, we will be contacting you to check if you are fit and well before attending your appointment.
IF YOU DO NEED TO ATTEND THE PRACTICE, PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING IN ORDER TO ENTER THE BUILDING.
If you require any of your medication, please order via your online services account or by emailing your request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will be able to take your medication request over the telephone if you are housebound and/or shielding/self-isolating.
COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It's caused by a virus called coronavirus.
Stay at home if you have any coronavirus symptoms:
- a high temperature (37.8C or more) – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
- a new continuous cough (coughing for more than 1 hour, or 3 episodes in 24 hours)
- loss/change in sense of taste and/or smell
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Extended hours surgeries run Wednesday mornings between 7.00am-8.00am.

About Park Edge Practice
We currently have 3 Female GP's, 1 Male GP, 2 GP Registrars, 1 Practice Nurse, a Health Care Assistant, a HCA Apprentice, an Advanced Care Practitioner (who sees patients with Minor Illnesses and a Pharmacist working at the Practice. Our Practice Manager is responsible for the general running of the practice and we have one full-time secretary, two part-time administrators and seven part-time receptionists.

We have adequate off road parking at the Practice, full disabled access / facilities, as well as baby changing facilities. There is a Pharmacy on site who can order your medications on your behalf and have them delivered free of charge direct to your door if you require.
